calm holidays in croatia for couple

Hello,
we are young couple (25) and we would like to spend 10 days in Croatia. At the middle of august. I know most places are really crowded at august. We would like to stay in hotel. But the main concern is to be not in a crowded beach. Can you suggest place to stay so we could have privacy in the beach even in August.
